Glomac Damansara Residences is a serviced apartment located right at the outskirts of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, off Jalan Damansara. The serviced residence consists of 356 units, shared between 2 towers. There are a number of layouts for tenants to choose from, with 3 main types, Type A, B and C. With built-ups ranging from 876 to 2,529 sf.

With the amount of space provided, plus the number of rooms that each layout fits, which averages 3 rooms in each, the service apartment will also be able to fit medium to large sized families, especially its Type C layout units. Type C units have a built-up that starts from 1,840 sf onwards, with its larger units being the Type C(a)1 and C(a)2 units, having 3 bedrooms, 1 utility room, 4 bathrooms and a powder room.

Glomac Damansara Residences also hold a number of facilities to ease tenants during their time in here. There are 2 landscaped gardens, topped with a waterfall, to bring nature into the concrete jungle that residents are living with. The serviced residence also comes with a 200m jogging path, for those who run to stay fit, or even those who just want to take a stroll around for some fresh air. A gym is also provided for residents, for the convenience of tenants who have limited time to work out. A multi-purpose hall and a barbecue area are also included as part of its facilities for social gatherings.

Located in between Kuala Lumpur city centre and Damansara, the residence is close to a lot of amenities, which will be a great pull factor to prospective buyers. Close to Glomac Damansara Residence is the mixed development that it is included in, which is Glomac Damansara. With a retail area and a commercial area, topped with office towers within the vicinity, tenants are already set with everything they need within walking distance.

A short drive away also brings tenants to TTDI, where there are commercial lots with restaurants, mini-marts, banks, as well as a fire station and a police station. Parents will be able to find schools especially in Damansara area, with Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Damansara Jaya being the nearest one. The Damansara Specialist Hospital is also a stone’s throw away, which will bring ease to the minds of tenants as well.

Located along the main road, Glomac Damansara Residences can be easily reached via the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and the SPRINT Highway. Both highways will also allow tenants to reach townships such as Damansara Jaya, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Mont Kiara, Hartamas and the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
