Imperial Residence is one of the newer condominiums located in Cheras South. It features low density and large spaces, making it a favourite of families especially with its affordable prices. Block A faces the North-South direction towards Kuala Lumpur while Block B faces the South-East direction, providing buyers with a variety of unit choices.
The developer however doesn't have a good name in the market, as according to the public their past projects were not up to par in terms of planning and quality. One of their developments apparently did not even have buttons for the lifts, with there being no obvious way to get the lift to operate. When the complain was lodged, the developers as according to the buyer, kept silent about the issue.
