Jade is a development of landed home located within the Seri Austin township in Johor Bahru. The development was completed in 2016, which saw the establishment of 120 double-storey terrace homes. In line with the township’s status as being the first to come complete with free Unify High Speed Broadband (HSSB) Services, the Jade homes are fitted with fibre optic cables for internet connectivity.

The Jade homes have high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, which ensure ample light into the units while enhancing the sense of spaciousness. The homes come in 2 different types to choose from, namely the Type A and the Type B. There are 44 units of the Type A, which come in a built-up of 2,209 sf. The 76 units of Type B homes are a little larger, with interior spaces of 2,552 sf. Both types have 4+1 bedrooms, with open living and dining areas and a family area on the upper floor.

The Jade homes are located in a gated and guarded precinct, which ensures a more secured daily living. Resident also have access to a range of nature-centred facilities offered at the Seri Austin township, of which include parks with recreational areas, and jogging tracks. The township is also the first in Johor to have dedicated bicycle lanes, the “healthy” component earning it the title of Smart Healthy City and Communities Township, a first in Iskandar Malaysia.

Plenty of amenities are within reach of Jade, with the shining gem being the Starhill Golf and Country Club. The township is also located near the AEON Tebrau City, as well as a Tesco Hypermarket. An IKEA store, the first in this part of Malaysia, is also set to open in the end 2017. The Hospital Sultan Ismail is also nearby, should there be a need for medical attention. A great choice of schools is also available in the area, including SJK (C) Foon Yew, SK Mount Austin, and SMK Taman Johor Jaya 1, while Sunway College is also a short distance away.

Jade is accessible to and from the city centre of JB, which is a quick 15 minutes’ drive by the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL). Through the aforementioned route, the neighbourhood of Jade and Seri Austin are also directly linked to the Johor Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ).
