Jermal Court is an apartment residence built in 1996, located in Pulau Tikus, Penang. The single complex of the property is sizeable, with just a total of 4 storeys but housing 40 units within. The residence looks well-maintained, though understandably with some slight visible signs of its age.

Though the location of Jermal Court is considered to be in Pulau Tikus, the property is in actuality on the edge of the neighbourhood, along Jalan Bagan Jermal. Some amenities can be found along Jalan Bagan Jermal, but more conveniences like banks, restaurants, hawker centres, clinics and more will require a short drive to the commercial hubs and malls down Jalan Burma. Amenities nearby include the Penang Chinese Girls’ High School, the Penang Adventist Hospital, and the Midlands One Stop commercial hub. Gurney Drive is just a short drive down Jalan Bagan Jermal, where shopping malls, namely, Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon can be found.

In terms of accessibility, Jermal Court is reachable to and from the Georgetown city centre via Jalan Burma, while after passing through the city centre are Weld Quay and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway where the first Penang bridge and even Bayan Lepas can be accessed. On the other hand, down Jalan Bagan Jermal is an intersection where Jalan Tanjung Tokong (to Batu Ferringhi), Gurney Drive and Jalan Kelawai meet.

Given its location not too much in the centre of Pulau Tikus, the homes of Jermal Court do not fetch prices as high as other properties in the core of the neighbourhood. Subsale prices begin from RM595,000 while rental is quite high for its location, at RM1,800 a month.
