Most of the serviced residences at Kaleidoscope come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the largest unit type has an additional bedroom and bathroom. Beginning from 1,196 sf of Type B units, the units offer ample space for individuals, married couples and nuclear families alike, ensuring that the home can grow and develop with its dwellers throughout life. Type B1 are slightly larger at 1,205 sf, followed by Type C with 1,257 sf of interior space. The Type A is the most expansive with 1,491 sf of built-up area.

Facilities are appropriately suited to the Kaleidoscope’s aim of providing an escape from the city, with features like The Hive pods and The hide-out for some alone time, fitness amenities like a pool, gymnasium, aerobics room, yoga deck, jogging track and omni court. There are also a children’s play area, play pool and nursery, along with a function room and multipurpose hall for entertaining purposes. The property also comes equipped with 24-hour security for ease of mind.

The main setback to most buyers in considering Kaleidoscope is its leasehold tenure, added with its relatively high launching prices of between RM664,000 to RM1.12 million. However, given the location, size of units and more than basic facilities, buyers could reason that a similar freehold property may be priced higher.

Kaleidoscope is located close to amenities, with a good number of conveniences at the door step of the residences. It will be an especially great choice for families with school-going children, as schools like the Fairview International School, SMK Taman Setiawangsa, SK Au Keramat, SJK Taman Setiawangsa, and SJK Stella Maris, among others, are just a few minutes away. Hypermarkets like a Giant and AEON Big Wangsa Maju are also nearby, while shopping destinations like Suria KLCC and Pavilion are also not too far off, just over 15 minutes from the development.

Accessibility wise, Kaleidoscope is connected to other parts of the city via major roads and highways like the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). With that, Wangsa Maju is about 10 minutes away, while KL city centre and Sentul are approximately 20 minutes from the development. Public transportation is also not a problem, given the many busses that frequent the area. The Setiawangsa LRT station is also within reach, enabling added convenience.
