KiPark of Selayang is a medium cost condominium, located far out on the borders of the township close to Templer’s Park. These beautiful homes back the forests of the area affording its residents a pleasantly cool environment, where the homes overlook the mountain ranges. Touting beautification works done on the interior by interior designers from Thailand, the units as according to the developer are blended with Thai teak wood furniture.
While suitable to be family homes, KiPark will not in investors’ opinions do well as a long term investment as it is too far out of town. Nevertheless, the homes here are also said to be quite spacious, and while traffic heading to the city from this part of town is usually insanely congested during peak hours, retirees who do not need to travel at peak hours will enjoy the leisurely lifestyle offered at KiPark of Selayang.
