Kulim Perdana is a residential neighbourhood that consists of one and two-storey terrace houses, semi-detached units and bungalows. The area has a mix of new and old properties, with most of the phases already completed and some almost ready. The small area stretches across the length of the Kulim Golf Resort site, and is located close to the developing area of Kulim Techno City and Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
The units here have are sized from 1,400 sf onward, and most of the one-storey terrace units contain a standard layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, whilst the double-storey units, both the old and new phase, contain an average of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The residential area is suitable for general mass of the area, who are mostly made up of the working class and families.
There are not many facilities within the compound, but that is mostly due to the nature of the area focusing solely on providing accommodation. There is, however, a central park located at the center of Kulim Perdana, which consists of a children’s playground and a multi-purpose court. The central park also takes up a large space, which creates opportunities for social gatherings or events to be held there.
Located in a growing area of Kulim, there is a plethora of amenities at residents' disposal. One of them includes the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, an industrial area where work opportunities can be found. Apart from that, the Kulim town centre is just a short drive away from the residences, where residents will be able to find a post office, government service offices, restaurants, banks, workshops and small offices. On the other hand, within the Kulim Hi-Tech Park is a police station and a hospital, which means emergency services are not far away. To add, the Kulim Golf and Country Resort is just off the road from Kulim Perdana, where families can head to for recreational activities.
Kulim Perdana can be easily accessed via the Perdana Highway, which runs along Kulim Hi-Tech Park. The highway subsequently connects to the Butterworth-Kulim Highway, which makes travelling between states a breeze.
