虽然Maxwell Towers的发展商早于多年前已清算而不再存在，可该共管公寓却依然运行平稳，迄今为此都无任何问题。除此，这个建筑也曾被重新粉刷，以及单位价格在历年来几乎已增至三倍之多。

Community-oriented abode. The buildings were very old, and as other users have mentioned, there was decent upkeep and repainting to improve the facade. Facilities like the gym and the outside playground not in great shape, but clean enough. The trash being taken... 更多
down in the middle lift of both blocks instead of in a separate lift has always been a great deterring factor I've told potential tenants/buyers about, because it's unpleasant and the smell never goes away even when they sanitise it after.
Still, the quietness by being all the way inside near the Pantai area offers the calm and family-friendly feel for kids to grow up in. Safe except for the occasional break-ins and lift issues, like the one time in the early 2010s when the lift caught on fire.
Traffic is really bad getting back in there these days, both from the NPE back way and also from Jalan Gasing. Too congested.
