Oasis Rio is a commercial development by Sime Darby located in Ara Damansara. The project consists of 2 serviced residence towers, 1 office tower, and retail shops. The 3 towers all span 12 storeys high and the office building is also awarded a Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Malaysia’s certification as a cyber-building. The retail units, on the other hand, are two storeys high and are integrated with the serviced residences. The project is set to be completed in 2020.

For its serviced residences, there are 5 layouts for buyers to choose from. Type A1 and A2 are 1 bedroom units with a built-up of 603 sf. Type B1, B2 and B3, on the other hand, are the 2 bedroom units which comes with 2 bathrooms. B1 and B2 have the same built-up of 872 sf, while B3 is the largest unit at 904 sf. The units have a launched price in between RM671,800 to RM1,156,980, and would be a suitable buy for working adults, and even small to medium-sized families.

In terms of its facilities, Oasis Rio covers most of its residents' daily needs. For wellness, there will be a sauna, swimming pool, gymnasium, and a reflexology path. There is also a reading room for those who want a little escape. Parents need not worry as there will be a daycare centre located in the building, where they can send their kids to. Not only that, there is also a multi-purpose hall, gazebos and a barbecue area for social gatherings.

Ara Damansara is still a developing area, but it has matured throughout the years. That also means that residents of the development will have access to a number of amenities surrounding the area. The shop-offices will be the first to provide some form of services for its residents, while the office building will provide business and job opportunities.

Besides, the development is also located within walking distance of Evolve Concept Mall, where entertainment outlets, restaurants and event halls can be found. Citta Mall is also within a short drive, where more shops and restaurants can be found. Apart from that, the commercial hubs that are located outside of the residences will be able to provide amenities such as service centres and workshops, along with the other usual set of conveniences.

Oasis Rio's strategic location enjoys easy access to Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang, which allows residents to travel to Subang Airport, Shah Alam, as well as other parts of Petaling Jaya with ease. In addition, it also has access to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and the Federal Highway.
