quite dark at night... MBSA not doing maintenance? As it's right in the middle of industrial area so it's somewhat dangerous esp with bicycles on the road w/o light.

    @imronaldsoo Haven't heard of the flood problem though. But I think in future due to the location that is quite near to Shah Alam industry area, there might be a number of office/industry units as well.

    @WanLing use to be flooded but now even the medium cost 3 storey terrace around Taman Sri Muda had rose up to 500 - 700k per unit ...

    If it's Kota Kemuning and Glenmarie area I don't mind. Nice area to live in and some of the houses there looks nice too. Not sure about Bukit Jelutong though, haven't been. Wouldn't that be a bit too 'outskirt-ish'?
