Park Residency is another project by Titijaya, located in the busy township of Bandar Damai Perdana, in the heart of Cheras. The residency is of low-density, with just 62 units of 3-storey link villas.

The facilities provided in Park Residency are those that will make residents feel closer to nature in the midst of a town growing through urbanisation. A short drive from Park Residency will bring tenants to an industrial and commercial area, where there are another set of amenities, ranging from workshops to restaurants.

There is also an abundance of schools that are within the proximity of the residence. Right outside the compounds is Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Connaught (2), while a short drive further ahead of the Chinese school is Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Damai Perdana. The villas are also near to townships line Serdang, which has malls such as The Mines. Other townships that are nearby are Bukit Jalil, Sungai Besi, and Kuala Lumpur.

Sitting near the border of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur brings the benefit of having access to a few of Klang Valley’s major highways. The Kajang Dispersal Link Highway (SILK) can be reached via Jalan Belimbing, which is connected to Park Residency. Via the SILK Highway, the Besraya Expressway is also easily accessible. Other highways that can be reached from Park Residency include the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway and the North-South Highway.
