Plumeria @ Sri Jaromas is the final phase of the Taman Sri Jaromas mixed-development project. Located in Jenjarom, Selangor, the development consists of 268 units, with 232 units being terrace houses, while the other 36 are semi-detached units. The development is estimated to be completed by the end of 2018.
The units in the development are 2 storeys high, for both its terrace and semi-detached houses. Houses have a built-up ranging from 1,927 sf to 2,736 sf. There are 3 types of layouts, Type A & B, Type C & D, and Type B & C (Semi D). Type A & B and Type C & D are the terrace units, and both have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. These units are priced ranging from RM515,800. The semi-detached units, Type B & C, are priced from RM848,000. At the largest built-up of 2,736 sf, the unit consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 utility room and 5 bathrooms.
For facilities, there is a landscape garden which is included within the larger portion of the Sri Jaromas development. The garden also has cycling and jogging tracks that run along it. It is a great place for residents to take their mind off things and get some fresh air. There is also a children’s playground for the young ones to enjoy. The development is also secured with gated and guarded security, adding some peace of mind for its tenants.
Jenjarom may come off as a quiet town to many, but it has since developed, with a number of residential areas popping up within the district. Within Taman Sri Jaromas itself, there will be a commercial hub which will be completed by the time the residence is ready, translating to amenities at the doorstep. However, there are also other amenities that are nearby. Jenjarom Mall, which houses a Tesco Extra, is located just a short walk away from the residences.
Other than that, Plumeria @ Sri Jaromas has an added advantage, for being close to the town centre. The Jenjarom town centre houses amenities such as banks, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. Schools that are nearby include the likes of Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Jenjarom and Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) Jenjarom.
The Jalan Klang-Banting route is the easiest way to reach Plumeria @ Sri Jaromas. Other major highways that are accessible via the residence include the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and the upcoming West Coast Highway.
