Sandiland Foreshore is an affordable housing project developed by Tanjung Villa Development Sdn Bhd. The idea behind this development came from the Penang State Government’s initiatives to provide more affordable residential properties to the people.
Sandiland Foreshore is situated on 4.23 acres of state-owned land along Jalan C.Y Choy, in Georgetown, Penang. The leasehold project is expected to be completed in the year 2020.
Sandiland Foreshore comprises of two types of residential units; medium cost and low medium cost. The medium cost units have built-up sizes ranging from 800 sf to 1,000 sf, while the low medium cost has a built-up size of 700 sf. Each unit will get 1 allocated parking spot.
The launching prices for the units at Sandiland Foreshore are RM72,500 for the low medium cost units, while the medium cost units will be priced at between RM200,000 to RM400,000 onwards.
Sandiland Foreshore is without a doubt a convenient place to reside. Several amenities are just mere minutes from the property. There are a number of shopping malls within the vicinity, such as the Maritime Automall, First Avenue Mall, Penang Plaza and Island Plaza.
