The New Duo @ Edumetro is part of the Edumetro mixed-use development in Subang Jaya; a newly revitalised project by HCK Group

Edumetro comprises of 3 components; Small-Office, Lifestyle-Office (SOLO) suites (The New Duo & Oxford Tower), a proposed international school and retail podium sitting atop a four-storey basement car park.

The aforementioned three-storey podium previously intended to house a mall has now been repurposed to feature another proposed education center, a unique co-working space and retail outlets.

The commercial-titled property (The New Duo) will be developed on a leasehold land parcel and is slated for completion, within the first quarter of 2022.

The New Duo is a vibrant property catered to the educational communities within Subang Jaya as well as its surrounding areas which include Bandar Sunway, Puchong as well as Shah Alam.

The SOLO suites provide a new concept intertwining corporate and day-to-day experiences – whereby owners will be able to strike a balance with regard to seamlessly balancing work-life fulfillment.

These lifestyle suites are easily accessible via several seamless connectivity options such as the Shah Alam Expressway (SAE), the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP).

With regard to public transport, many buses and taxis frequent the neighbourhood, aside from several train stations as well as the USJ 7 LRT and BRT station located within a short distance from the upcoming property.
