The landscaped park that is included inside the mall will house brooks, a bird bath as well as a wide variety of landscapes.

The Starling Mall will provide loads of amenities for residents of Damansara Utama, housing restaurants, boutiques, and clothing stores. It also houses the largest MBO Cinema, and a grocer for residents to get their daily necessities. The mall can be easily reached via the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Via the highway, investors can also connect to further townships, which includes Kuala Lumpur via the SPRINT Highway, and Puchong through the KESAS Highway. Traffic can be a bit of an issue here, but that has since been eased with the road expansion in Damansara Utama and the multi-level parking provided by the mall.
