Tujuh D’Wangsa is a development by See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group, and its name is as real as it gets. The private residence consists of only 7 bungalow units, and is hidden away in Titiwangsa. The bungalow units are 3 storeys high, and have a built-up ranging from 5,244 sf to 7,143 sf. Completed in 2013, its launch price then ranged from RM3,980,800 to RM5,960,800.

Sticking true to its exclusive nature, facilities here are mostly private. The units each have their own swimming pool, and a personal elevator to ease movement between the 3 floors. Of course, with the amount of space at the residents' disposal, other forms of facilities can be installed by each individual in their respective units. There is also space for 4 to 8 cars to fit within each unit’s private parking bays. Security system within the residences run 24-hours, but residents can also opt for extra security measures in the units, for an added safety boost.

Located in between Titiwangsa and Setapak, the options for amenities are endless. For recreational purposes, the iconic Titiwangsa Lake Garden is just a stone’s throw away. Also nearby the area is the Titiwangsa Stadium, which facilities can be used. The Titiwangsa town centre is also nearby, where amenities such as restaurants, convenience stores, offices and workshops are located. The National Art Gallery and Istana Budaya are also just a short drive away for art and performance lovers.

Meanwhile, there are three medical institutions along Jalan Tun Razak, which are close to Tujuh D’Wangsa, they are the National Heart Institute, Pusrawi Hospital, and KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Hospital. The Kuala Lumpur city centre is also within reach, where other hospitals can be found. Other than that, there are more choices of amenities in the city centre too, which include landmarks such as the Putra World Trade Centre, and shopping malls such as the Sunway Velocity Mall. Not just that, government service centres can also be found here, which will be extremely convenient for residents.

The private residences can be reached easily via the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), which is just outside of the compound. The DUKE Highway can also link to the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), providing direct access to KL city centre. Public transportation is also abundant here, with buses running along the routes nearby Tujuh D’Wangsa, while the Sentul Timur Light Rail Transit (LRT) Station is just a short drive away.
