消费者物价指数 (CPI)

消费者物价指数（CPI）曲线表示民生物资每一年的物价变动，而百分比变化曲线则是消费者物价指数与去年的百分比变化。如果，消费者物价指数（CPI）比前一年低，表示该年度物价指数相对去年低；反之，曲线上升则表示物价指数同比去年成长。

从上图可看出，代表着消费者物价指数的民生物资（如米、肉、水电等）物价在2011至2012年有1.363%的变动，并于2013年上升至1.633%。物价在2014年上升至3.308%，随后则在2015年下跌至3.019%。

虽然民生物资的价格每年百分比变化有所不同，但从2011至2015消费者物价指数（分別是2011年的102.7、2012年的104.1、2013年的105.8、2014年的109.3、2015年的112.6）可看出民生物资的价格在长远来看是持续不断上扬的。
