SCP Group ventured into property development in 2011 and has consistently delivered projects in the Peninsular and Sabah.  Over the past 13 years, SCP Property has completed and handed over more than 20 projects with a combined gross development value exceeding RM5 billion in the Klang Valley and Sabah. Its latest completed projects are The Birch in Kuala Lumpur, Traders Garden in Cheras Traders Square and Bukit Damaisari Phases III and IV in Menggatal, Kota Kinabalu. Upcoming projects include Subang Jaya USJ 1, Jalan Langkawi Setapak, Jalan Gombak and Menggatal Kota Kinabalu.
