Q Sentral is an architectural phenomenon, located in the heart of KL Sentral with its multitude of highways and public transportation. It is surrounded by numerous other landmark office buildings such as 348 Sentral and Quill 7. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of Q Sentral is RM2.1 billion for 1.4 million sf of space, and it is aiming for the Green Building Index (GBI) certification and Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) certification. According to the developer’s Senior Vice President Mr. Wong Dor Loke, the Q in Q Sentral is derived from the Chinese concept for energy, ‘Qi’, which is supposed to represent a good flow of positive energy throughout the development. The launch price for Q Sentral was between RM1,190 and RM1,500 psf.
