Teega is a mixed development spearheaded by developers UEM Sunrise. The project consists of 2 condominium towers named Teega Residences, a serviced apartment tower called Teega Suites, an office tower known as Teega Tower and Teega Walk, a retail centre. Currently, the residential and office towers are ready for sale and ready to move in. The residential units, Teega Residences and Teega Suites share a total of 1,292 units, with the former having 736 units and the latter 556 units. Units in Teega Residences have a built-up ranging from 886 sf to 4,457 sf spread between the two towers which are 35 storeys high. Teega Suites have units with sizes from 485 sf to 1,621 sf. The development has a launched price ranging from RM341,888 to RM4,075,888. With that being said, the residential units here are suitable for large families, as well as couples and individual working adults. There are a set of facilities prepared for residents of Teega, aimed at satisfying the everyday needs and wants of their busy lifestyle. Various decks revolve around different aspects of life, such as wellness and social. There are also tennis courts, a half basketball court, a badminton court and an outdoor fitness zone for those chasing an active lifestyle.
