@domng Locations depends on what context. Like some people I know will only invest in somewhere near their home or within KL or PJ area. Some people invest in locations like Nilai, Sepang, Semenyih, Bangi, Cyberjaya because they think those locations are cheaper now and price my appreciate when these locations boomed later on. Like what happened to Desa ParkCity, Kota Damansara, Ara Damansara, Bandar Sunway, etc.
