Is it true that many property buyers are holding on to buying a property until election is over? If yes, why's that? Please share your thoughts on this :)

Prices are certainly not going up anytime soon, even new projects are not quoting ridiculously higher and higher prices like earlier years. So yes, most people who can afford to buy are waiting for better prices before buying. (Perhaps after the 2018 budget, perhaps after 2018.)

Really??? People are actually waiting for election to be over before buying a house? I haven't come across anyone I know of yet. That's strange. I am curious.....
