ya, as i know before this only those ''branded'' franchise can open branches at their stations

Yea, there are certain limitation of the brand that can be brought into or becoming their vendor or their own brands. They also take a long time to get back to you previously. For now, I'm not too sure if they have a new management or focusing on this to market out to the public
