What is the rental for Desa Kompleks retail lot (the mall that nearby KTM Kepong Sentral) and management fee?

Not too sure on it Nic. The place seems down with not taken care of by the management. Not many tenant neither. 80% empty.

around RM450-550 for 200sf lot. Quite low because running down
