The community-based PropSocial People’s Property Award 2019 (PPPA 2019) is now open for voting. Users of PropSocial and the members of the public can now cast their votes, from Aug 19 to Oct 19, to determine the winning project, and stand a chance to win amazing prizes worth over RM180,000!

PPPA 2019 is a property accreditation by the public, which will be bestowed upon various projects completed in 2018. In its second year, this one-of-a-kind property award will be judged by the consumers in recognising the most outstanding projects.

The categories of PPPA 2019 perceives the vision, courage, and perseverance of property developers in implementing new ideas and concepts and turning them into reality. Voters will be choosing winners from six categories – Value for Money, Luxurious Landed, Eco-Friendly, Family-Oriented, Facility Rich, and Innovative Design.

Nominees for the Value for Money category include; Centrus SoHo 1 by Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd; Savanna Executives Suites @ Southville City by Mah Sing Group Bhd; BSP 21, Bandar Saujana Putra by LBS Bina Group Bhd; and Putra Residence @ Putra Heights by Sime Darby Property Bhd.

The Luxurious Landed category has 3 nominees, which are LakeFront Villa by MCT Bhd; Monterey @ Eco Sanctuary by EcoWorld Development Group Bhd; and Victoria Springs @ Setia Eco Park by SP Setia Bhd.

Projects nominated under the Eco-Friendly category are Cyperus Serviced Residence @ Tropicana Gardens by Tropicana Corp Bhd; Shaftsbury Putrajaya by iKHASAS Group; The Robertson by Gamuda Land; Wisteria @ Bandar Rimbayu by IJM Land Bhd. 

Family-Oriented category’s nominees are LakeFront Villa by MCT Bhd; N’Dira Townhouse, 16 Sierra; and Sierra 6 @ 16 Sierra by IOI Properties Group Bhd.

The category Facility Rich has 5 nominees, which are BSP 21, Bandar Saujana Putra by LBS Bina Group Bhd; Expressionz Professional Suites by EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd; Oasis 1 @ Mutiara Heights by TLS Group; The Robertson by Gamuda Land Bhd; V Residence Suites @ Sunway Velocity by Sunway Integrated Properties Sdn Bhd.

The nominees for the Innovative Design category are N’Dira Townhouse, 16 Sierra and Sierra 6 @ 16 Sierra by IOI Properties Group Bhd; The Robertson by Gamuda Land Bhd; and Wisteria @ Bandar Rimbayu by IJM Land Bhd.

Tier 1 Prizes

Aimed to accolade the deserving projects by the public, PPPA 2019 will not only honour the property developers of the nominated projects but will also reward the astute voters.
