Sanctuari Park Pantai had opened its doors to the public last Saturday at its completed luxury show house, through a grandiose launch event that featured a lion dance performance.

The winner of the, “Most Unique and Valued Mixed-Residential Estate” category at the 2018 Malaysian Property Press Awards (MPPA) is located off Jalan 2/132, Jalan Gasing Piring.

The aforementioned rich expanse is developed in one of the last landed freehold expanses in Kuala Lumpur by boutique developer Sanctuary Lakes Global Group (SLGG).

SLGG director Leo Tan said, “we want to create a haven for luxury, convenience and solitude, thus befittingly the project is a little tucked away yet conveniently located to be a distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close to daily conveniences.”

“This is a hidden gem and we are looking at discerning buyers for our hilltop community who want a stylish home where they can have both a personal space as well as a spacious place to entertain guests.

Prospective buyers will be able to see that certain layouts offered to allow for both to take place simultaneously,” Tan concluded.

The township that is placed adjacent to the Bukit Kerinchi Green Recreational Park and nearby Gasing Forest Reserve, hopes to house elite property owners with a total of 150 to 250 residences across a 38-acre freehold plinth of land.

The upcoming gated and guarded community that neighbours Petaling Jaya, is planned to offer expansive, low-dense and green luxury homes which include courtyard villas, bungalows and low-rise apartments complemented by a linear park.

Phase one of Sanctuary Park Pantai (5 acres) features seven garden villas and 13 courtyard villas with layouts that maximise natural lighting and cross ventilation priced from RM3.8mil to RM8.8mil.

All homes will have at least four bedrooms and bathrooms each, with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) ranging between 5,581 sf to 10,000 sf.

The layouts available vary, as each home is built according to the terrain, however, all homes will have features such as a swimming pool, courtyard gardens, an entertainment deck and family rooms, while a handful of units will feature underground parking.

Adding to that, all units within phase one will also incorporate rainwater harvesting tanks as well as the possibility of installing solar panels, energy-efficient lighting and appliances.

Exclusive to the four-storey layout homes within Santuari Park Pantai is a lift core, to accommodate the installation of an elevator in the near future.

Sanctuari Park Pantai is currently planning a partnership with Panasonic Group to incorporate their “Quality Air for Life (QAFL)” technology within each home to facilitate healthier living.
