Condo, UEM Sunrise ; better township development, Eco Group, Bigger Complex (Luxury), Tropicana Group.

SP Setia! Erm... I'm looking at Ecoworld now because their big boss is from SP Setia... so... does that count!? xP Erm.... Sime Darby! @Terrence Tropicana overpriced la...

Sime Darby, coz I am a Subang person lol.

Other two I would prefer Mah Sing, IJM. Mainly coz of the reputation I suppose.
