Just got an SMS from PSP people for phase 2, Secoya Residences!! Official launch is in March, I'm guessing it will be 80% sold out by then! LOL!! Price starting from RM760k, sizes from 1,050 sf - 1,670 sf! I'm probably visiting this weekend, anyone else going?? =D
