In a neighbourhood where residents are more likely than not to have the walls of neighbouring condominiums as views, Mont Kiara Sophia is a rare find with its tropical settings and gorgeously landscaped gardens. A little known fact is that Mont Kiara Sophia was actually designed to be Malaysia’s first retirement home, complete with handrails in the bathrooms and ambulance services on the standby 24-hour. Nevertheless, the project did not take off as planned due to the lack of financing from the very people who originally vouched for the idea; and Mont Kiara Sophia was developed in its stead as a luxury condominium, one that is still highly desirable regardless of its age with its well maintained facilities and facade.
