Buying a home that makes my family happy is a pain in itself and everyone's attempts to be helpful is not helping! I wish I can just tell somebody what I want and pass on my headache to them instead!
Jasmine Tower is consider the old condo, but the maintenance is still good, mostly senior citizen stays here, no Indons or Black residents, if you prefer to stay in the matured area like SS2, easily accessible to most of the amenities, along the road, compare to KEN 1, KEN 2, Casa Damansara, Jasmine Tower is consider the more affordable condo to stay in, RM550 per sqft.
This place is not too bad.. the stadium is on the outskirts hence the nightmare. The inside places are good especially near the Exsim developments. Very beautiful products and excellent architecture. I can see this place in a few years from now. There are still many low cost homes nearby however, quite an eyesore.
Up and coming new township, good accessibility from NKVE, Federal Highway, LDP and Sprint. But the traffic building up fast during morning and afternoon peak hours. There are some nice hang out places in Oasis Square and looking forward to the new shopping mall at Pacific Place. Lala Chong Restaurant and Pun Chun wonton mee are my two favourite restaurants!
comparatively I find this development good value for money considering its proximity with the popular commercial and shopping centers and accessibility to the main network of highways such as LDP, Sprint, Duke and NKVE and yet I am not far off from the pristine forest of Bukit Lanjan right behind me. My condo has so far appreciated almost 100% since 4-5 years ago. While we normally associate heavy traffic with urbanization, I find Damansara Perdana traffic flow still manageable. Certainly I find it pleasing with the Curve, Tesco, IPC within walking distance and sending my children to school at TTDI with ease. I'm confident with the completion of the upcoming Empire City , my unit will surely appreciate much more. Notwithstanding the approval of the proposed DASH, I totally reject the stretch that cuts across the township since it gives no benefit to the residents. Further it totally runs contra to the environment and pollution aspects besides it is about 11meters from either side of the condominiums. Overall it is a nice neighbourhood to live and die!
Been staying in ss19 for the past 24 years, perfect neighbourhood, easy access to highways, plenty of amenities. Studied here from kindergarten till uni level, feels so attached to this area that once I moved to PJ but still came back to Subang in the end.
I really like this place. I have family living here and visit them often. The place is very well maintained, the security is extremely good, to the point that the security guard actually follows you in on bike if he is suspicious of you, and the place is very quiet. Wide streets also, my nieces can actually play badminton on the street outside their houses in the evening. Only slack part would be its location, it's so FAR from the city!
Not really nice compared to Cova Suites, people can just simply enter, environment and facilities not very well maintain.
Perfect Location for residential. Probably gonna be great area in a few years time. Around Ara Damansara is having many residential area building up. It is also a linking location between One Utama to Paradigm Mall. Plus, having LRT & Subang Airport surround Pacific Place, make sure that its convenient for tenant to stay. Having such high accessibility to diff areas in Klang Valley and popular entertainment centre area around it.
