Log on to www.propsocial.my and enter your selected neighbourhood or property into the search bar. You will then come to a search result page. Select your chosen property / neighbourhood, then scroll to the bottom of page. Leave your rating and review under 'Community'. Faq review


What Do I Gain From Contributing On Discussions Or Reviews?

How Do I Search For A Reputable Agent To Assist Me?

Log on to www.propsocial.my and enter your selected neighbourhood into the search bar. You will then come to a search result page. Select your chosen neighbourhood and scroll to the middle of the page. Click 'View Agents Within This Area' and choose your preferred agent from the list. How Do I Send In My Request To Get A Good Deal?

Log on to www.propsocial.my and click on the 'News Feed' tab on the top right. Select the 'Find Me An Agent' tab on the left column. Enter all the requirements of your ideal property and submit to us, and we will get you an agent to help with your search as soon as possible. Faq findmeanagent

I Have Forgotten My Password. How Do I Reset My Password?

How To Sign Up As An Agent?

Log on to www.propsocial.my and click the 'I'm An Agent' icon below the search bar. You will come to the agent registration page. Enter your selected email address, password and e-code OR sign up via Facebook or Twitter. Click 'Register'. Faq iamagent


I Have Accidentally Sign Up As A General User, But I Am An Agent. How Do I Convert My General User Account Into An Agent Account?

Log into your PropSocial general user account and click on the small round profile photo on the top right of the page. Select 'Profile', then select 'Become Agent' on the left column and enter your agency e-code or agency name then submit. How Do I Post A Classified Ad?

Log on to www.propsocial.my and click on 'News Feed' on the top right of the page. Click on 'Post Classified' on the left column of the page. You will now be able to enter the details of your classified ad. Once completed, click on 'Activate' in order for the ad to go live. Faq postclassified


How Do I Find The List of Classified Ads Which I Have Posted?

Log into your PropSocial account and click on the small round profile photo on the top right of the page. Select 'My Classifieds'. All your posted classified ads will be listed. Faq myclassifieds


How to Push My Classified Ads To The Top Of The List?

Log into your PropSocial account and click on the small round profile photo on the top right of the page. Select 'My Classifieds'. A list of all your posted classified ads will appear. At the end of each classified ad, there will be a 'Boost Ad' option followed by a star icon. Click on it. Faq boostad A selection of locations will appear based on the location of your property. Select your desired location. The bigger the area of the location you select, the greater the exposure your classified ad will receive. Each boost will last for 24 hours. Tick the checkbox if you wish to auto-renew your boost ad on a daily basis. Once the boost expires, the ad will go back to its original ranking. How Are The Classified Ads Ranked?
Our classified ads ranking are based on:
  1. Quality of Listings
    - Number of photos provided
    - Accurate property description
    - Accurate details
  2. Agent Ranking
    - User ratings on agent
    - Completion of agent profile info
    - Total number of agent listings
  3. Contribution to Content
    - Discussion board
    - Property ratings and reviews
    - Neighbourhood ratings and reviews
  4. Date posted
    - Newer ads are prioritised

How Do I Auto-boost My Ads On Social Channels?

Log into your PropSocial account and click on 'News Feed' on the top right of the page, and select 'Social Channels' on the left column of the page. Click on 'Connect To Facebook' and/or 'Link Twitter To Account'. Next select your preferred social channels under 'Update Settings', then click on 'Check Publishing Permission'. Enter the URL of the Facebook groups you wish to auto-boost on. Please ensure that you have already joined these Facebook groups on your own Facebook account. Faq autoboost1

You now have the option of auto-boosting your ads upon activating them on your Facebook, Facebook groups and Twitter accounts. Faq autoboost2


How To Be An Area Specialist?

Log into your PropSocial account and click on 'News Feed' on the top right of the page, and select 'Area Specialist' on the left column of the page. Click on 'Search Area' to find the location or property you wish to be an area specialist for. If the location or property is vacant, click on 'Become Area Specialist' and 100 credits will be deducted from your account. You will then be the Area Specialist for that location or property for a week, and receive free leads for the location or property. Please note that if the location or property already has an existing Area Specialist, you can only become Area Specialist for the property or location the following week when the current Area Specialist's duration expires. How Do I Find Leads (Potential Buyers / Owners)?

Log into your PropSocial account and click on the small round profile photo on the top right of the page. Select 'Manage Leads' then click on 'Search Leads' to find leads for your preferred location or property. Another option is the check the list of leads available on the same page. If you wish to purchase leads, click on the box on the left and select 'Purchase Leads'. 30 credits will be deducted for each lead. Faq manageleads


Do I Need To Pay To Post A Classified Ad?

No, it is free of charge. However, credits are required for upgraded features such as to become an Area Specialist, to purchase leads, upgrade ads, feature ads and etc.


How Do I Purchase Credits?

Log into your PropSocial account and click on the 'News Feed' button on the top right, then select 'Billing' on the left. Select your preferred credit amount and billing instructions to proceed with the credit purchase. Faq billing


Is There An Expiry Date For The Credits Purchased?

No, there is no expiry date for credits purchased.
