I believe there is a limit/quota on ownership for low cost housing in Malaysia. Which is reserved for low income earners.

I have also heard that if you already own certain property type, you will not be eligible to purchase low cost housing at well.

As far as I know, there is no limit to how many properties Malaysian can have.. As long as you can manage the loan and the liabilities that come with it.
