a buyer bought a lower price property, maybe around RM600k. and the rental is around RM2500-2800 per month. Another buyer, bought a unit at RM1M, and the rental is RM3800-4000 per month. which one you think earning more?
secondly, i think it worth, if rental can cover or more than your installment plus maintenance.
If you're buying with cash, no installment, try to calculate by annual income and expenses. see whether is the figure you wish to get. P/S add on a minumum figure of interior maintenance as expenses too , for example like if tiles break, leaking or anything.
