Paramount Property most recent golden project, Keranji Phase 1 was greatly received by the public during their official launch that took place recently. The launching was held within the Greenwoods township in Salak Perdana, Sepang, where the developer triumphantly sold 100% out of the 204 units available within hours.

Keranji homes are targeting mainly on families looking for properties for their own stay, sitting atop 18.18 acres of freehold land for its first phase. The Keranji series make up a total of 458 units of double storey terraces overall.

Launched with attractive pricing starting from RM479,900 for the intermediate units, the built-ups are spacious at 1,775 sf. Concurrently, end units are offered from RM576,900 at 1,776 sf, while corner units start from RM684,400 at 2,020 sf.

In a statement, Paramount Property division CEO, Beh Chun Chong shares the company’s future plan: “We are looking to launch Keranji Phase 2, a total of 254 units of double storey terraced houses, but the dates are yet to be confirmed for now. The registration of interest is currently open.”

Since its launch in October 2015, Greenwoods is a 237-acre mixed development township comprising of residential, commercial and recreational properties. Having previously launched the 96 units of double-storey homes called 96 residences, all units were also sold out and completed November last year.

Following to this, the second launch took place in the first quarter of 2017, offering 47 units of 2-storey commercial shop lots dubbed Greenwoods Belian with 40% of the units were successfully taken up.
