I have done partition for my unit in my condo, but did not apply for approval initially. However, I did tell them that I want to do partition before I start renovation, but haven't got the contractor. but when I got the contractor, I did not resubmit the application to JMB.  Now the JMB harp that I did not get approval before I start and want me to tear down and apply for approval  first. This is a big waste of money.. to pay  to tear down, and the highcourt cost, then apply again for the approval.  are JMB allowed to go to high court to apply for the removal of the partition and is it reasonable for high court judge to evict the owner and all the occupier without hearing from owner. Firstly there is no law to say that partition is illegal. Can't we just talk it out and resubmit it  after they found out and provide approval
