May I know what are the guild lines and regulations for a foreigner to make an investment on Malaysia property. One of my foreign friend is interested is purchasing property in Malaysia and I have little knowledge about properties regulations in Malaysia. Any advise from the experts?

Minimum purchase price for foreigners is RM1million. There are plenty of good properties in KL vicinity. A good agent will be able to help you shop for the right property according to your budget, purpose of investment, number of rooms/space you desire, short/long term objective.
