When compared to other neighbourhoods bearing the name ‘Puteri’ within Bandar Puteri Puchong, the homes in Puteri 12 are rather expensive due to their rather lofty location amidst the hills of Puchong. Being located in a coveted area, Puteri 12 has seen a rise in crime rates where residents have voiced their dissatisfactions at the lack of security enforcement to the proper authorities.
