Desaminium Flora is an apartment located in Bandar Putra Permai and is a part of the Taman Desaminium development which also includes Desaminium Rimba. Other residential developments surrounding this apartment are Lestari Perdana 7 and Lestari Mansion. Basic facilities and wide spaces for recreational activities are provided by the management of this apartment that cater to the daily needs of its residents. However, there have been complaints from residents regarding the state of the apartment and the reputation of the developer. According to residents, the apartment is lacking in fully-functioning facilities. An array of facilities was initially promised to be provided but there were none. Some perceive this place to be a decent place for a home buyer's own stay but not for investment purposes.
