This highly ambitious project will incorporate a hotel, serviced residence and retail lots to its development, in hopes of attracting the higher income bracket. Buyers are however highly pessimistic about this project, due to PJ South’s less than enticing environment. Nevertheless, there remains enough property speculators who sees the benefits of the PJCC development, that all sellable and available units were sold out before its completion.
