Cheras Traders Square is a commercial centre located in Cheras South, the Selangor division of the district. There are a total of 196 units in the area, stretching two storeys high. The shop-office units have an average built-up of 1,540 sf and are built with a high-ceiling concept, as well as a full glass facade. The top floor's layout is almost similar to the ground floor's, so tenants of each floor will have the same magnitude of attention for their business.

SCP Group, Cheras Traders Square’s developers put a lot of thought whilst working on site. As a result, units come with ample space, and ground floors have a wider corridor of 10-feet, suitable for restaurants or bars to set up business over there. Units in each lot will have segregated electric meters, which means tenants can easily distinguish electrical usage between the floors. All units are designed with a “shop-face-shop" concept. In a customer's stand-point, it provides an illusion of variety, which drives more traffic to the area.

The commercial hub is located in a relatively business-concentrated area, which means tenants will be able to have another set of amenities, apart from the ones that are already in the vicinity. It is placed right behind AEON Cheras Selatan, and Dataran C180 - another commercial hub. Another mall within walking distance from the hub is EconSave Cheras Selatan, which is also close to the yet more malls and commercial centres. The amenities provided ranges from workshops, banks, hotels, entertainment centres and restaurants. Columbia Asia Hospital Cheras is also within a stone’s throw away from the area, which will be of convenience in the case of emergencies.

Cheras Traders Square also has easy access to the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), with its exit not too far away from the shop offices. Via the SILK Highway as well, townships like Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Sungai Long and Balakong are only a mere short drive, and this can be seen as an opportunity for investors to bring in traffic from the nearby townships to their businesses. Another highway accessible from the commercial hub is the Cheras-Kajang Highway (CKE).
