Incorporated in July 1995, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (KPSB) has a solid reputation as a builder of high-end properties with industry leaders such as the E&O group, on both the St Mary and Dua Residency projects.

Besides, KPSB has also worked with SP Setia, IOI Group, AP Land, UM Land, Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd, Belle View Group, and ECH Development Sdn Bhd for the Lumina development in Mont' Kiara. 

In Aug 2010, KPSB marked a major milestone from its high-end project contractor status to developer via setting up a Property Development Division (KP Group of Companies), in aiming to tap on the experience and expertise to deliver services and products of the highest quality to customers. 

The maiden project, 222 Residency, has registered 90% sold status within 2 weeks from the soft launch in 3rd Quarter of 2010 (completed in May 2013). 

The success of 222 Residency paved the way for another luxury high rise development named 288 Residency (completed in Oct 2013). (which more than 80% of the units have since been sold after its soft launch in end of 2010.

The others completed projects The Shore (Malacca) with estimated GDV of RM650 million, has been awarded the Best Commercial Landscape Architecture for the Year 2015-2016. Viridian Cheras Idaman, the 52 units of 3-storey semi-detached homes guarded freehold development in Sungai Long with a total estimated GDV of RM110 million and the on-going projects 100 Residency in Setapak, a freehold modern, low-density condominium with a total estimated GDV of RM100 million; 412 units of Residency V in Old Klang Road with estimated GDV of RM250 million.

KP Group of Companies has other projects in the pipeline following recent acquisitions of freehold vacant land in Old Klang Road , Setiawangsa, Sungai Buloh and 180 acres of Tehel (Malacca) with a total estimated GDV of more than one billion. These landmark have been earmarked for residential, commercial and mixed development (Tehel) in the near future.
