MTD Capital Berhad (MTD Capital) is an investment holding company with interest in civil engineering and construction, infrastructure development, real estate & property development, energy, ports, and manufacturing of construction related materials. MTD Capital became a listed entity on the Second Board of Bursa Securities in 1994 and was subsequently transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Securities in 1998 until it was taken private on 10 May 2011. 

MTD Capital as part of the AlloyMTd Group flagship remains active locally and globally. At the international front, it has active presence in 15 countries across Asia, Europe and Middle East.
