Premier De Muara Sdn Bhd (PDMSB) is a joint-venture company between Almaharta Sdn Bhd and Premier Gesture Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Furniweb Industrial Products Berhad (FIPB), a Malaysian company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, is an investment holding company, manufactures and sells upholstery webbings, yarn and metal components for the industry.

FIPB Group started operations in 1983 in Malaysia as a partnership producing furniture webbing. The company has since diversified into niche products for the textile and apparel, furniture, automotive, food packaging and medical industries.

Today, the GROUP is an industry leader, internationally recognized for a comprehensive range of products that are available in more than 30 countries.

PDMSB first property development endeavor is a proposed development for two blocks of mid to high-end condominiums, located within 2-kilometer radius of the Petronas Twin Towers and within 400-metres of the Jelatek light rail transit (LRT) station.
