Chambers Kuala Lumpur is the Klang Valley debut of Seremban-based developer Matrix Concepts Sdn Bhd, best known for its flagship township of Bandar Sri Sendayan in Negeri Sembilan. With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM311 mil, the 33-storey serviced apartment comprises 509 freehold units with built-ups from 450 sq ft to 908 sq ft. Prices for the project soon after launch ranged from RM433,000 to RM1 mil, or an average of RM962 psf - fairly affordable rates for a home in the heart of the city.
