Enggang Apartment is a low cost apartment located within the upcoming area of Bandar Kinrara. While it may not have much to boast about in terms of aesthetics, Enggang Apartment certainly has a good access to the innumerous amenities of Puchong. It is within a short drive of IOI Mall, Giant and Tesco, while schools for all ages are available close to home. Access to highways such as the Bukit Jalil Highway, Shah Alam Highway and Damansara-Puchong Highway are also fairly convenient, albeit congested during peak hours. There have however been complaints in the past regarding the cleanliness of the environment at Enggang Apartment, which includes the smell of urine in the lifts apparently a result of untrained pets. Other complaints include the severe lack of parking space, resulting in much double parking. Residents have ‘advised’ newcomers to ensure that they leave their gears on neutral and release their handbrakes when double parking, or to expect the worst when they finally return to their vehicle. Security is also said to be an issue with there being stolen motorbikes and cars being broken into. Civic consciousness is also said to be appalling with the residents at Enggang Apartment.
