Taman Desa Dengkil is by and large a quiet mixed development of homes and shops in the outskirt town of Dengkil. While providing easy access to both Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, the city centre of Kuala Lumpur is by far a long drive of 40 minutes away. The majority of the tenants in the peaceful and quiet town are those who work in the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, hence the density here is on the rather low side. Plus points of this would be the lack of traffic congestion as compared to the city centre, but the slack part would be its distance from civilisation.
