How you guys think or define about this?

Example :
Seller :  " My link villa is selling RM3M."
Buyer : " Link house selling RM3M? are you crazy?" 

Villa sounds so upper high class while house is a normal place with a roof.

Maybe the link villa is very huge in square feet... that is why cannot be classified as link house anymore?

my 2 cents, owner and buyer always have different perception.

for instance if your link villa is worth market value of 2mil but you had renovated with italian marble and granite plus all sorts of imported goods from europe and all over the world, now with your interior you had spend up to 4mil. 

but to a buyer, those renovation might not be what they are looking for, and if by that time you plan to sell your property to a buyer that have no taste of design or do not appreciate your design at all for 10mil they will think you are crazy. 

perception of property value and price is the same like a piece of Drawing, some find that the artistic drawing worth million, but to some older generation, that might be just a piece of dirty cloth that had a few splash of paint on it.

do not spend more than 10 % renovation on top of your property value. it helps you sell off your unit faster with higher price but not sky price

Well thats is some Link villa in Ampang taman bukit indah in my hand asking 3M around.
While some buyer calling me asking taman bikit indah in Bentong. ....haha....

So....you can imaging the conversation .....hahaha....

There is a Taman Bukit Indah in Iskandar Puteri, Johor as well...

Did not know this is a popular name for Taman...
