He is uncourteous,unresponsive, snobby.When try to contact about unit he only read and blocked you. Look for a more better agent than this guy.

Oh no, din't knew there are such agents out there. may you share the details on what the agent has done? so we can look out for it in the near future. 

There are many kinds of negotiators you will meet as you go along this career line. You will just have to eliminate them as you go along, nothing to be frustrated about as BOVEA has tried their best to get them registered and as a result we are getting more of this nonsense, well only time can tell. Use this as a guideline on what kind of negotiator you want to be, bcos if everyone is efficient then you will have more competition. Keep up the good work and keep your cool Kevin.

@JohnL his ad is seen everywhere e.g mudah,iproperty,propwall,propsocial.Its one of The reason why I contacted him. I was eyeing one unit in Serdang Villa Apartment which says newly renovated. But when I tried to contact him he just keep reading my messages I waited a day for him to reply.but there wasnt any until I tried calling him.He just then blocked me. It's confusing cause when I tried to look for that unit in other site it's already been taking out except here in propsocial. Already reported it but nothing happened. I even asked my friends to try checking on the unit but they were also blocked. This Darren Wong did not even reply. 

@sem from what I experience I think this REN Agent I still just posting fake ads in different site just to deceive people. I was not the only one who experience this Unprofessional behavior as I have also told my friends to enquire about the unit but they ended up being blocked. 

Well I am interested in one of his for sale I Or in Serdang Villa Apartment. Newly renovated but when I try to contact him there I still no response from him. When I tried calling him he blocked me. I don't u derstand his purpose but putting fake ad is really annoying and time consuming. I just hope the admin would be keen enough to remove his ad. I had been reporting it for removal but the add is still there.
