UEM Sunrise has planned a new condominium project on a 6-acre freehold residential plot in Mont Kiara. Located directly behind Sunway Mont Residence and Casa Kiara 2 to the west, and next to Amarin Kiara, the development will feature 2 highrise blocks and 1 lowrise block comprising of 489 units condominium, based on the latest submission by the developer.

Located on a higher ground, the land is understood to be the last non-Malay reserve plot along Jalan Desa Kiara 1 and thus its residents can enjoy the unblocked greenery view on its northern direction for a long time until developments eventually take place.

commission given from developer is rm2% from the selling price, and we share 50%- 50% each person.
