it's very objective to be honest. 

1. so far affordable house in KL, is it really affordable while malaysia basic salary is RM900 per month?

2. What's the definition of affordable? RM198k yes, for certain rumawip. 

3. Location is very good because mostly all near to amenities and MRT.

4. Will there be any chance there's some investor buy it for invest without a proper investigate on buyer background? 

5. as i know there's some guideline but as long as income below 10k per month are eligible to buy. Should we decrease down the requirement then?
